Help us help you quickly
Please include in your message:
- your device and operating system version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18 or Pixel 8, Android 15)
- the app version (shown in the app under Settings and on the splash screen)
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
Common issues
- Sign-in link not arriving? Check your spam folder and open the link directly on the phone where the app is installed.
- Can't join a group? Joining only works with a valid invite code or QR code from a group admin.
- No push notifications? Check that notifications are allowed for NearNeighbours in your system settings, and in the app which alarm types may reach you urgently.
- Delete your account? Directly in the app under Settings → Privacy or by email — all options on the account deletion page.
